Return and Refund Policy

All full-price items purchased through our online shop may be returned for a refund or exchange. They must be in their original, re-saleable condition, within 14 days of receipt. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us within that time frame. We recommend that you use the original shipping materials, and we regret that we cannot refund the cost of shipping. CODs are not accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. You can expect a refund in the original form of payment within 7 to 14 business days after we receive the return.

* Any item that is not in the same condition as it was shipped will not be accepted as a return.
* All special orders (which include taxidermy items) are considered custom and are non-returnable.
* All sale items are final.
* All jewelry, vintage items, gift certificates, and plant items are final.
